Meet Our Pekin Dental Team

Haley has been brightening smiles as a licensed dental hygienist since 2015, when she graduated from Rocky Valley College’s Hygiene Program. She joined the Total Dental Care team in 2016. Dedicated to dental education, Haley works tirelessly to help patients achieve their oral health goals. A collaborative team player, she ensures the hygiene side of the practice runs smoothly alongside her colleagues and doctors. Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending quality time with her family and her Golden-Doodle puppy.

Angie has been a licensed dental hygienist since 1997, when she graduated from the Springfield Hygiene Program. She joined the Total Dental Care team in 2000. Angie excels at building personal relationships with her patients. She is passionate about helping patients achieve excellent dental health.  Outside of her professional duties, Angie enjoys shopping and cherishing moments with her grandchildren.

Jessica has been a licensed dental hygienist since 2021, when she graduated from Illinois Central College’s Hygiene Program. Committed to educating her patients about the importance of oral health, she consistently advocates for their needs. Jessica collaborates closely with her teammates and doctors to ensure the highest quality of care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, her dog, and shopping.

Gabby is a valued member of our Dental Assistant team, having joined us in 2018 after graduating from Midwest Technical Institute (MTI) Dental Assisting Program. She is dedicated to ensuring her patients feel confident and at ease during their visits. Gabby works closely with her colleagues and doctors to create a positive impact on patients’ lives and ensure the smooth running of the day. Outside of work, she enjoys hunting, gardening, spending time with family, and caring for her farm animals.

Amy is a valued member of our Dental Assistant team, having joined us in 2018 after graduating from MTI Dental Assisting School. She brings over a decade of experience to our team. She is committed to building meaningful relationships with her patients and empowering them in their dental health. Amy appreciates the supportive team environment at Total Dental Care and values the compassion of her colleagues. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, two cats, a dog, and loved ones.

Jennifer is a valued member of our Dental Assistant team, having joined us in 2019.   She started her career in 1995 following her graduation from Excel Training Systems. She prioritizes delivering high-quality care in a comfortable setting. Jennifer is committed to educating patients and simplifying their treatment processes, appreciating the caring environment fostered by her colleagues. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and baking.

Addie is a valued member of our Dental Assistant team, having joined us in 2021 after earning her CMA from ICC. She is passionate about welcoming new patients and strives to create a comfortable atmosphere in the office. Addie enjoys collaborating with colleagues who share her dedication to patient care. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her dogs.

Lauraella is a valued member of our Dental Assistant team, having joined us in 2023 after graduating from MTI. With a passion for dental assisting and a warm demeanor, she is dedicated to connecting with patients and building strong relationships with her colleagues. Lauraella is excited to be part of a team that prioritizes patients’ well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, loved ones, and her dog.

Heidi is a dedicated member of the administration team at Total Dental Care, having joined in 2005. In her role, she focuses on patient consultations and is committed to easing any dental anxieties patients may feel.  With her calming presence, Heidi excels at helping patients feel comfortable during their visits and treatment plans. Outside of work, she treasures time with her children and grandchildren, enjoys crafting, and is a devoted pet owner.

Tracy has been  the office manager at Total Dental Care since 2005. Her dedication to fostering a thriving practice is evident in every aspect of her work, as she prioritizes both patient care and team excellence. Tracy values her staff’s achievements and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure patient comfort. Outside of her professional role, she loves spending quality time with her husband, Tim, and enjoying the company of her children, grandchildren, and close friends.

Shelbie is a dedicated member of the administration team at Total Dental Care, starting her journey in the dental field in 2010. After two years as a dental assistant, she found her passion in the administrative side of the practice, where she takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients. Shelbie values her colleagues as family and is always ready to assist the doctors when needed. In her leisure time, she loves fishing, cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals, attending her kids’ games, and enjoying quality moments with loved ones.

Amanda handles various administrative task at the front desk. She enjoys welcoming patients into the practice and making them feel at home. Amanda joined the practice in 2022 and has always admired Dr. Dickey’s (her father) dedication to his patients. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, friends, and family.
