The Total Dental Care Experience
One of the most important parts of stellar dental care is creating a phenomenal new patient experience. It can be scary to try a new dentist for the first time and at Total Dental Care, we work hard to make you feel like family.
From the moment you enter our practice, you will be greeted warmly and checked in by a member of our dental staff. You will get to wait in our cozy lobby before your appointment and will be taken back to our exam rooms by a staff member, where you will be able to ask any questions and have our team walk you through each step of the appointment.
We aim to create a new patient experience that leaves you feeling both wowed and valued and to make you feel at home with Total Dental Care. Prior to your appointment, you will have the option to download and complete our new patient packet, which allows our team to get to know you, your concerns, and your dental goals.

Request An AppointmentOur practice is located at 13 Olt Avenue in Pekin. You will find us off of Illinois State Route 9, past the intersection of Griffin Avenue and Olt Avenue, behind the U-Haul of Pekin. Should you have any questions about where we are located, please call our office number.

At Total Dental Care, we accept most insurance plans.
Our office can complete a pre-appointment benefits check to ensure you’re covered and to determine any out-of-pocket costs. Please call our office for any specific insurance questions!
Financing Options
Paying for Your Dental Care
We believe its important to make care affordable. Insurance may not cover your entire purchase, therefore, we offer a variety of other methods to fund your treatment and to maximize your benefits at Total Dental Care.
We also accept checks, cash, and credit card payments. If money is a barrier to receiving the care you need, we also offer in-house payment plans or third-party financing.
CareCredit and Cherry Financing allow you to pay for your dental work with low monthly payments and low to no-interest financing upon approval.
If you have other payment concerns, you can contact our office via phone or speak with a front desk associate before or after your appointment.
New Patient FAQ's
We will happily file your dental insurance claim for you. While we do not participate with any PPO’s, the difference between our fees and what your dental insurance will cover is usually small and entirely worth the quality of care we deliver.
If you are unable to get in right away with a practice that accepts the medical card, we are happy to see you. We do not accept medical cards for payment. However, we offer interest-free financing through CareCredit or Cherry.
We want to do everything we can to provide you with affordable, quality dental care. During the treatment planning process, we will discuss payment options, including utilizing your dental benefits and approval for interest-free financing through CareCredit or Cherry. We also offer a unique internal payment plan option called Cross Check, which allows for four monthly payments in-house, interest-free, and without a credit check.
Patient comfort is what we do best! From blankets and neck pillows, to memory foam cushions for our sedation patients, we want you to feel comfortable. These comforts are available to every patient so please don’t hesitate to ask!
